Shipping
You will receive a notification by email when your order is shipped out. This email will include package tracking information. Once your order has been shipped you can use the link above to check the shipping status.

It will take us up to 1 week to fulfill your order. This is subject to change during periods of high demand. Please check the home page for any announcements regarding order fulfillment times.
We ship using the USPS priority mail service. After you receive the shipping notification email you can expect it to take 1-3 business days to arrive. This time is affected by package origin, destination, and drop-off time. We ship from Arizona, so east coast deliveries may take longer to arrive. Shipping times may also be affected by supply chain issues.

Before contacting us about your order, please check in your email's junk folder for shipping notifications. Also, please note orders will be fulfilled in the order they were received.
Return & Exchange Policy
Damaged Product Return:
Sometimes products can be damaged during the shipping process. If you receive a broken product or are missing parts please email us at SproutingJoyLLC@gmail.com. While compiling the email, please include "warranty claim" in the subject line and include photos of the damaged products. For larger items that need to be replaced, we require the damaged product to be sent back to us. We will pay to ship any replacements and the customer will be responsible for the return shipment of the product to us. Warranty claims must be made within 14 days of the date you receive the product.
If we are unable to replace the product within a reasonable time, you are entitled to a full refund. Before issuing a refund we will require all of the received items to be returned to us. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Undamaged Return:
For any undamaged and unused product, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 14 days of the date you receive the product. We will exchange it or offer a refund to the original payment method.
